It was not by mere coincidence that Steve’s Flowers and Gifts Inc. has become a premier flower shop. Rather it was the consistently applied formula of extreme dedication, hard work and following one’s dream. Steve Huth was attending college and to earn money he was working for a local flower shop. He did odd jobs and made deliveries. Then he realized he had a love for floral design and started dabbling in that. By then in 1973 he and his wife Linda founded Steve’s Flowers and Gifts. They both clearly had a strong work ethic and the desire to please customers. His philosophy from the start was making sure his customers were happily satisfied. The dedication and commitment towards his goal allowed Steve to move into a larger facility in 1976, and opened a second location in the fast growing town of Greenwood in 1982. In October of 1988, Steve designed and had built his own building which consists of 7,000 square feet.
