The fourth Saturday of October has been officially designated as National Make a Difference Day. Creating a special day to make a difference for to betterment of the world is a worthy cause.   • There is a wide array of actions one can take for the betterment of society. Be open minded and know that any action to help society is a good action.
  • Embrace this day as it is a time of being united with people that share the same desire to volunteer for good.
  • Be an inspiration to others to join in the volunteering movement for betterment.
  • If in a corporate setting, employees can rally together and start planning well in advance of the actual volunteering event.

Steve’s Flowers is a family owned and operated floral design firm. We sell beautiful, farm fresh flowers and plants. Many of the flowers we sell are purchased directly from the flower farms. We buy from both international and domestic growers. Buying direct offers many great advantages. It ensures that our customers always have the best selection of beautiful farm fresh flowers in Avon. It also reduces the cost of purchasing the flowers. We are able to pass along much of that cost savings directly to our Avon customers. Another great advantage is the fact that we reduce the number of days between when the flowers are cut at the farm and when they can be designed into an arrangement and delivered to a recipient.
